My HVAC career includes 5+ years of field work servicing, replacing, and maintaining a wide range of residential equipment. I also hold a technical school certificate and maintain a NATE certification.

An area I strive to excel in is attention to detail. Whether that means correcting an existing issue or preventing a future one, I want every customer to know I did everything within my expertise to keep their HVAC system running properly for as long as possible.

My focus is giving customers several options to fix their issue, not pressuring anyone into a whole new system. Whether the right call is a repair or a replacement, I'll lay out the choices honestly, with no upselling and no sales quotas driving the recommendation.

After working for larger companies, I felt the personal touch wasn't always where I wanted it to be, so I started Golden Heating and Air to provide a genuinely high level of customer service. I want my customers to know who I am, trust me, and know that I'll take as much time as needed to solve whatever issue they're facing.
